Our office hours are 8 am - 4 pm, 7 days a week.

If the phone is not answered during this time please leave a message. Please be patient when calling, unfortunately we only have part-time reception cover and we may be busy treating an animal. If you would like to volunteer to answer the busy phone please fill in a form here.

We apologise in advance if your call is not responded too, we will simply be on another emergency. We are all volunteers and work very long hours and get very little thanks for the work we do, but we all do our best with passion and dedication.
