Deer: Eversley

A young Roe Deer came through our doors. She was found in someones garden in Eversley and brought into us by the lovely RSPCA Inspector,

Nicola. We have had quite a few come in during the last month, all in a similar state - very skinny and lethargic. This young one was no different, although she had a bit more energy than the previous ones. We had hope for her as she began to eat and move around.

We gave her some medication to help her improve her state and to make her feel better and relaxed, reversing shock in a deer is not easy. She was  put into a specialised heated enclosure to help her improve.

OUTCOME:

Although we tried everything for her, unfortunately, this little one didn't make it.
